This translation is provided for informational purposes only; in the event of a dispute or a discrepancy in interpretation, only the French version is authoritative and French courts have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the client's country of residence.

This form is available free of charge throughout the legal 14-day period, in accordance with the regulations in force. Fill it out to notify us of your decision to withdraw — no justification is required.

Before you continue: if you expressly waived your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase (box checked on the payment page, requesting delivery of your license key before the end of the 14-day period), this right can no longer be exercised. Send this form anyway if you believe you are in a special situation — we will review your case.

If nothing happens, write directly to contact@forgecalc.app giving your order reference, its date, your name and your email address, together with this sentence: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the license of the ForgeCalc software.” No particular form is required: any unambiguous statement is enough.

What happens next

The form opens your default email client with a pre-filled message, addressed directly to the seller. Send this message so your request can be processed. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent back to you, and the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your request.
