Understand ForgeCalc in 5 minutes

No video to load, no sign-up. Four steps below, then a look at the screens. To try the calculation right away, go to the online price calculator.

1

Scan your 3D files

Pick a folder or scan the whole PC — ForgeCalc automatically finds your STL, 3MF, and G-code files, with an interactive 3D preview.

📁 C:\Prints\ → 247 files found (STL: 189, 3MF: 52, G-code: 6)
2

Choose FDM or Resin

The form adapts — materials and post-processing specific to each technology, in the same tool.

3

Enter material, time, post-processing

Painting, screws, glue, magnets, inserts — every detail counts toward the final price. Try it yourself just below.

4

Export as PDF or electronic invoice

Compliant invoice, including required legal notices (payment terms, late-payment penalties) — ready to send. Electronic formats available depending on the country: Factur-X (France), ZUGFeRD (Germany), UBL/Peppol BIS (Belgium), FatturaPA (Italy), Facturae (Spain), KSeF/FA(3) (Poland), UBL/Peppol (United Kingdom), CIUS-RO (Romania), myDATA (Greece), JP PINT (Japan), PINT A-NZ (Australia / New Zealand).

Stat tiles on the left, trend charts on the right — revenue by period, FDM/Resin split as a donut chart, machine usage.

Materials Tab

Your spools, their stock, and the AMS slot each one sits in.

Two sub-tabs — Filaments and Resin — each with its own stock tracking and its own fields (flow rate, K-factor for filament; opening date, exposure time, UV wavelength, post-cure for resin — with a visual alert if an opened resin has been sitting around too long).

Machine Tab

One card per machine, with its AMS units and the filament actually loaded.

Detailed machine profiles (125 pre-filled models — 100 FDM and 25 resin, grouped by manufacturer, most with photos), live connection to Bambu Cloud, PrusaLink and Moonraker (Creality, Anycubic, Klipper) with real-time AMS tracking — for other brands, manual fleet setup and multi-color systems (CFS, ACE Pro, SnapSwap, QIDI Box...).

Alerts Tab

One place to keep an eye on everything: insufficient material stock for the current invoice, filaments under 200g, connected machines in error, quotes unanswered for more than 24h, unpaid invoices.
